[A] 60% of our new backup clients come from the Data Recovery Service side of our business. Of those clients, well over 90% had their backup procedure in place - it didn't work. Even though they had a tape, CD or zip disk they were using for backups, it didn't work, for whatever reason. Most businesses know that tapes don't work very well, yet they continue to use tapes, because they are comfortable with them.
