	We use highly specialized data recovery tools. Some of the same ones used by the FBI & DOD to recover lost data. What we don't use is off the shelf retail programs that are nothing more than disk utility programs with some data recovery funtionality. Our programs cost as much as several 100s of dollars. Yet, our prices are very competitive. We can recover data more often than your local computer shops (who do not specialize in data recovery). We can also generally recover more data than they can.
Clients
	Our clients can easily restore their data with a couple of mouse clicks and entering a password. At that point the data restore process has begun and the data is on its way back to the client computer. They can restore their data, by themselves, or with our help. Either way, it doesn't cost anything extra. because they are online backup clients, they do not need our data recovery services.

Non-Clients

We'd much rather backup and restore your data with our online backup service, than recover your lost data, but we realize not everyone is going to be a client of ours and have the luxury of getting their data back with a couple of mouse clicks. So, for non-clients, we offer a wide variety of data recovery services. All for flat fees. Unlike other Data Recovery businesses, we do not charge by the amount of data we recover, or the amount of time and effort we put into it. We offer a flat fee service. There is a minimum charge, but there is also a cap on what we charge for data recovery, regardless of how much time and effort we put into the task and how much data we recover. Types of Recovery

We can recover data from drives with all kinds of problems. Often, even if the drive doesn't spin up we can bring it back to life and get your data back. Give us a call at 360-6040-411 or fill out our Data Backup/Recovery Service Request form and we'll get back to you ASAP. We can recover:

Formatted drives, including SCSI
Deleted files
Corrupted Partition Tables
Corrupted FATs
Deliberate and malicious deletions
Drives with clicking noises
Drives that won't spin up

Although we perform data recovery on crashed hard drives, including 'dead' ones, we do not open the drives nor do we maintain a clean room. We do, however, have a working relationship and a 10% discount with one of the major clean room recovery operations. If you need clean room recovery, then contact us and we'll give you a 10% discount referal number.
